Once your File Format is created (click here to see how to prepare your file) you can upload your bundle file for processing.
- Go to Process Payment – Bundle Processing
- Click Choose File and select the file you want to upload for processing
- Bundle Name will default to Current Date/Time_Bundle
- You can edit the name if you choose to identify it differently.
- Select applicable File Format that matches your file mapping
- Click Process Bundle
- Confirmation prompt will appear on screen. Click OK to proceed.
- If file meets all minimum field criteria and data formatting, Bundle Accepted page will confirm the bundle is accepted, processing, and to wait for the email results in a few minutes. Note: Bundle Processing times vary depending on the size of file.
- The Account Administrator will get Bundle Email confirmation when bundle is done processing.
- Bundle Processing is complete.
