      How do I submit breach claim?

      Need reimbursement due to a data breach or cyber incident? Submit a claim.

      1. Go to https://laundryportal.paystri.com/ and log in. Need to register? Visit this page first for instructions.

      2. From the dashboard, click Submit a Breach Claim

       

      3. Fill out the requested fields. Once complete, click Send.
