      How do I submit a chargeback claim?

      Be quickly reimbursed for your chargebacks.

      1. Go to https://laundryportal.paystri.com/ and log in. Need to register? Visit this page first for instructions.

      2. From the dashboard, click Submit a Chargeback Claim

       

      3. Fill out the requested fields. You can locate all the details on the Chargeback letter that you received from the processor. Once complete, attach the letter and click Send.
