What is the difference between 'Fixed Amount' and 'Cardholder Specifies Amount' when creating a Hosted Payment Page?

This refers to the payment amount on your Hosted Payment Page. 

• Fixed Amount - Select this option if you are selling a good, service, etc. where the price does not vary.
• Cardholder Specifies Amount - Do not enter a Fixed Amount. Simply check the box for ‘Cardholder specifies amount’ if your amount varies or you wish to use an open amount so that the cardholder can input their own amount to pay (i.e. donations, collections, pay bills).
