Welcome to the PCI Compliance Help Center!
We’re here to make PCI compliance simple for your business. This page will guide you through Paystri’s PCI Portal, where you’ll complete your compliance requirements.
1. What is PCI Compliance?
PCI Compliance is a set of security rules that businesses must follow to protect customer credit card information. It helps prevent fraud and keeps payments safe.
If you accept credit cards, you need to prove you are PCI compliant each year by completing a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and, in some cases, a security scan of your system.
🚨 Not being PCI compliant could result in extra fees or penalties.
2. How Do I Get PCI Compliant?
You can complete PCI compliance through Paystri’s PCI Portal (powered by Aperia). Here’s how:
Step 1: Log In to Paystri’s PCI Portal
🔗 Go to: pci.paystri.com
- Enter your username and password (sent via email).
- If you don’t know your login, click Forgot Password or Forgot Username.
Step 2: Complete the PCI Questionnaire (SAQ)
- Paystri’s PCI Portal will guide you to the right questionnaire for your business.
- Answer the questions honestly about how you process credit card payments.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not change the "Product Code" dropdown. This is pre-set for your account, and adjusting it may cause issues with your compliance process.
- If you need help, check the Help Section in Paystri’s PCI Portal or contact us.
Step 3: Run a Security Scan (if required)
- Some businesses need a quarterly scan to check for security risks.
- Paystri’s PCI Portal will tell you if a scan is needed.
- If your scan fails, you’ll get a report showing what needs to be fixed.
Step 4: Submit & Get Compliant
- Once you complete your SAQ and pass the scan, submit your compliance.
- You’ll receive a confirmation that you are PCI Compliant.
