My device is broken, how do I request a replacement?

Three ways to replace a broken device.

If your device is broken, here’s how you can request a replacement:

  1. Visit the Help Center: Go to help.paystri.com and submit a ticket for a replacement.
  2. Email Us: Send an email with all pertinent details to service@paystri.com. This will automatically create a support ticket for our Customer Success team.
  3. Give Us a Call: Contact Paystri directly at 978-744-9090, and we’ll assist you with your replacement request.
