My device is broken, how do I request a replacement?
Three ways to replace a broken device.
- Visit Paystri's Help Center at help.paystri.com and Submit a Ticket.
- Email service@paystri.com with all pertinent details (this will create a Ticket for Paystri's Customer Success team).
- Call Paystri at 978-744-9090.
