How do I request an additional payment device?
Requesting an additional payment device.
- Identify if the device is a PAX S80, Verifone Vx520, or FD130.
- If PAX S80 or Verifone Vx520, does it have an external pinpad (Pax S20 or Verifone Vx805)?
- Is the file type Restaurant (Tip Adjust) or Retail (No Tip)?
- Does the device connect over IP (Internet) or Phone (Phone Line)?
- Provide DBA Name (Name of Business) and Merchant ID number (15 Digit number on statement).
- Submit a Ticket using the link below or email service@paystri.com and include the information above.
