How do I request an additional payment device?

Requesting an additional payment device.

  1. Identify if the device is a PAX S80, Verifone Vx520, or FD130.
  2. If PAX S80 or Verifone Vx520, does it have an external pinpad (Pax S20 or Verifone Vx805)?
  3. Is the file type Restaurant (Tip Adjust) or Retail (No Tip)?
  4. Does the device connect over IP (Internet) or Phone (Phone Line)?
  5. Provide DBA Name (Name of Business) and Merchant ID number (15 Digit number on statement). 
  6. Submit a Ticket using the link below or email service@paystri.com and include the information above.
