How do I manually take a card on a Verifone VX520?

Manual entry of card information (no swipe or dip).

1. Select SOFTPAY-FDMS.
2. Press F2 for Sale.
3. Input the dollar amount of the transaction and press Enter.
4. Press F1 for Yes to confirm the amount.
5. Manually key in the full account number on the card and press Enter.
6. Press F1 for credit.
7. Enter the four-digit expiration date in MMYY format and press Enter.
8. Sale Card Present?  Press F1 if YES, or F2 if NO.
9. Press Enter key to bypass the 'imprint card' prompt.
10. For Address, key in street number of the card billing address and press Enter.
11. For ZIPCODE, key in ZIP code of card billing address and press Enter.
