How do I manually take a card on a PAX S80?

Manual entry of card information (no swipe or dip).

1. Input the dollar amount of the transaction and press Enter.
2. Manually key in the full account number on the card and press Enter.
3. Enter the four-digit expiration date in MMYY format and press Enter.
4. Is card present?  Yes or No.
5. Enter CVV2 (3 Digits on back of card) and press Enter.
6. Enter the ZIP code and press Enter.
