      How do I batch out my PAX S80?

      Batching out your payment device.

      For PAX S80:

        1. Press the “Menu” button on the terminal keypad.

        2. Select “Settlement” by pressing the corresponding number or navigating with the arrow keys, then press the “Enter” key.

        3. Confirm Batch Total:

          • The terminal will display the batch total (total sales and refunds) for the current batch.
          • Review the amount, then press “Enter” to confirm.

        4. Wait for the Batch Process to Complete:

          • The terminal will communicate with the processor and print a batch report showing the totals of settled transactions.
          • Once the report prints, the batch has been successfully settled.

        5. Verify Settlement Confirmation:

          • Check the printed receipt to ensure it shows the correct batch totals and that the batch was settled successfully.

        This process will clear the terminal’s transactions and transfer funds to your account. It's typically recommended to batch out at the end of each business day.
